2 Bed 2 Bathroom Apartment central location

Nothing! Honestly, I do NOT recommend booking here, unless you like stress and headaches.

~It was almost impossible to find the actual apartment, I only managed to find it because I coincidentally bumped into a local resident who lived nearby and helped me search for the place. ~The host abruptly "cancelled" the booking like an hour or so before check-in, which meant we were stranded in some random place in Birmingham after travelling 3+ hours to get there. The host didn't cancel officially until after Booking.com customer service was involved. ~The host would not answer the phone or reply to messages to explain what happened- but the host vaguely said it was apparently it was some "incident at the property". The neighbours said there were some long-standing water leak from this apartment which was might've caused the issue- so I'm not sure why this property was even listed in the first place if there were issues going on for a while. ~Whole situation almost felt like I was being scammed.

Great location, property is well suited for our family with 2 children, kitchen with cutleries and sitting room and car parking is a bonus.

check out time 11 is too early, 2nd floor, no lift, stairs are dirt.

The location and car park The rooms were reasonable but basic.

The washing machine was not working. No signs not to use it.....I needed the washing machine to was our clothes that we wore to travel but on washing, water was gushing out from the washing machine. I initially texted the owner when I couldn't switch it on to ask but later saw it was not plugged, which o did. It was after mopping the whole kitchen that the owner replied that the washing machine is faulty and nit working. This was deceitful because it was not mentioned. I have to take all our wet clothes to laundry the following day. We were disappointed The owner did not advertise that the apartment was on the second floor until I paid, and I was sent the full address. Waze and Google Maps could not locate the address. We have to park and walk to locate the address under the rain. There is no new toilet tissue. We found almost finished left in the toilet. No privacy in the bedrooms. The doors had a lock with the key, but there were no keys. The kitchen was dusty. I cleaned before and after using it. There are not enough pillows. Only one was provided for each person. There are no extra towels. Only one was provided in the master room. At least there should be a set in each room from my experience. No bedrooms side lambs It was basic clothes hangar The fridge was not cooling as expected. It might be worse in Sumner.

I like the location and property was clean.

When we arrived, we struggled to find the flat as the owner wasn’t answering our calls. When sharing the address, he should have provided the full address, including the flat number. It was raining, and we had a hard time locating the correct building. Another issue was that there was no hand wash available in any of the bathrooms or the kitchen — we had to go out to buy some before we could use the bathroom. Additionally, the towels were of poor quality, and while the main bedroom bedding was decent, the twin room bedding was noticeably not that good.

I liked the environment and the house itself was very comfortable, very cool, nice and cosy.

There wasn't any dish soap.

Apartment was 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with kitchen and spacious lounge. Was in Oldbury to attend a 3 day wedding, was close to the function venues and walking distance to food places and pubs

It was quiet and dark at night due to good curtains so I was able to sleep well.

It was just so bare and unappealing. Hardly anything was provided the kitchen was practically empty. I had to buy a towel in Sainsbury’s.
