La struttura si trova in una posizione eccellente, a pochi passi dalla cattedrale, in una zona centrale e molto ben servita. Nelle immediate vicinanze sono presenti supermercati, bar e ristoranti, e la principale via dello shopping è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi.
L’appartamento è ben curato in ogni dettaglio, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. Gli spazi sono ben organizzati e le dimensioni sono ideali per una coppia.
Nel complesso un alloggio molto confortevole, che consiglio vivamente. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Дуже приємні господарі. Зустрів, показав стоянку, провів, дав рекомендації. Був весь час на зв'язку. Виникла проблема з кофеваркою та з феном. Миттєво замінили. Все сподобалось. Помешкання маленьке, але все дуже зручно та все є
Іноді було трохи шумно на вулиці

Prácticamente todo.
La cama es súper cómoda.
El departamento está muy bien decorado, pisos de madera, tiene un olor a casa, es acogedor.
Bien acondicionado, lavadora, plancha, cocina y todo funcional.
La entrega de departamento rápida y en tiempo.
La ubicación es buena, a una cuadra y media tienes la catedral de Oviedo.
La calle es tranquila para dormir.
Todo bien.
Mi mejor alojamiento e hice 7 distintos en mi viaje.

We provided our own breakfast. We liked the area and the characterful way the apartment was furnished.
It was too hot to close windows or shutters at night, and because of this our sleep was disrupted by loud people in the street as well as services such as street cleaning and rubbish removal.
