Excelente ubicación. Buen aislamiento acústico. Amplitud de los ambientes. El edificio tiene pocos años y está muy bien.
Se caía la manija de la puerta, necesita sólo un ajuste, muy fácil de solucionar.

La ubicacion era genial pero las opcion de estacionamiento estaban al menos a 4 cuadras.
El departamento funciona el 100% con electricidad. Durante el 25% de la estadia hubo un corte programado de energia en la zona (lo cual no nos informaron) y eso nos dejo sin luz durante toda la mañana. No habia luces de emergencia ni siquiera en la escalera de evacuación por lo que fue imposible salir del departamente hasta que no saliera el sol. Ni hablar de calentar una taza de agua. El departamento estaba prolijo y bien cuidado pero se notaba que acababa de finalizarse la obra y que las condiciones del edificio en general no estaban dadas para alquilar.
