Die Lage und Ausstattung ist sensationell. Von der großzügigen Terrasse kann man den normalen Alltag dieses entzückenden, authentischen Fischerörtchens (450 Einwohner) beobachten. Die Lage mitten im Ort war für uns ideal, weil wir neben Restaurants auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (2 Supermärkte, wobei der kleinere (neben der Apotheke) auch leckeres Brot anbietet. Unsere sehr sympathische Vermieterin, Jenny, war stets für uns erreichbar, freundlich und hat uns wunderbare Tipps gegeben für die Region. Alles in allem gibt es nichts Negatives; wir empfehlen es 💯%. Auch für Fahrradfahrer ist es ein guter Ausgangspunkt, da von hier aus Fahrradwege in die Umgebung gibt.

We were met by Jenny, the lovely host of the apartments who had also left us some treats including Easter eggs. Selini apartments are fantastic, "right in the heart of the Mani-verse". Directly in Agios Nikolaos seconds from bars, fabulous restaurants with a double fronted VIP balcony to enjoy the sights, sun and sea. Also close to Stoupa, Kardamyli, Limeni, Areopoli and Pantazi beach. Fully equipped, spacious, clean and very comfortable. We stayed at Easter and were privileged to witness and join the Friday procession and Saturday celebration and fireworks. Would Highly recommend.

Met by the host, friendly welcome with complete explanation in respect of the apartment facilities. Property is in the heart of the village close to all amenities. Jenny was great and she upgraded us to the Sea View apartment which was very generous and added to the stay experience.

Perfekte Lage direkt am Hafen und trotzdem ruhig. Jenny ist eine zauberhafte Gastgeberin, die stets erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und toll ausgestattet. Vielen Dank … wir kommen bestimmt wieder
