I did not like the property even a bit. There was nobody to welcome us. We reached late in the night and the host never

I did not like the property even a bit. There was nobody to welcome us. We reached late in the night and the host never told us that there’s no taxi service or bus service in that area after 6 PM. She just sent one document where bus timings were written and no buses were on time. Neither they were on time, nor they dropped us in our desired location. It was a totally disappointing stay. I paid a hefty amount for this apartment. The price itself was high, plus a service charge was also deducted which was equivalent to one day’s apartment rent. And after paying all this, there was no service given to us. We tried to reach out booking.com also for help, nobody reached out to us till now to know the problem. This Europe trip will be my last booking from booking.com because their support is worst. We were stranded in Grindelwald train station for 2 hours from 8 PM to 10 PM and nobody from the apartment or booking.com came to our rescue. Thanks to a stranger who tried his best to help us. We reached out to the host for a refund and she clearly refused on our face in such difficulty. If you can’t give a proper response or service, I would suggest not to run a business.

Compact apartment in beautiful location

A compact apartment but was perfect for our family of 4. The outside sitting area is lovely with stunning views.Very well equipped and had everything we needed.

Great views, great stay!

It took only a 5-min drive up from the village centre to get to the AirBnB, it was private and there was a dedicated parking space available, which was great. The house had great views all around of Grindelwald. It was central enough to get to Lauterbrunnen as well as Interlaken, and had all the facilities we needed inside the house. Temperature in the house was great whether it was chilly or warm outside. All in all a good stay for my family.

Would be helpful to have a microwave. There were also a number of houseflies inside the house when we checked in for the first time, it took a while getting them out.

지하1층에는 공동세탁기가 있어요. 생각보다 공간이 넓고 뷰가 좋았습니다.

침대 메트리스가 불편해요. 푹 꺼집니다. 122번 버스정류장까지 걸어서 15분이라 차를 가지고 오는게 좋아요.

地点在离镇中心有3公里的山坡上，不开车的话进出不方便；进房间需要上下大概15级台阶，搬运大行李很费力；上下铺的床很窄，睡觉并不舒服

Excelente estadia. O check-in foi muito fácil e a anfitriã respondeu rápido às nossas questōes. A casa é situada numa zona maravilhosa com vista direta para a montanha. Corresponde às fotografias, a cozinha está muito bem equipada e limpa. Óptimo sítio para relaxar. Obrigada
