Chị chủ siêu siêu siêu dễ thương, khách sạn to rộng sạch sẽ, phòng cũng rộng rãi, mát mẻ, sạch sẽ, phòng y chang như hình. Nói chung sẽ quay lại đây nhiều lần nữa

GS25 & Circle K's close by, table & chairs in room, balcony outside although you can't use it if you're using air con because it's far too hot, the odd karaoke singing can be heard but we were on floor 6 so it wasn't an issue, vanity draw & seat, mirror, kettle, side drawer. Lots of other hotels around the area, This hotel could be so much more if more attention was placed on customer service, cleanliness & better communication.

Power outage on our first day. No-one told us there was going to be one. We woke up & were sweating because the AC had stopped. It was out from early morning & didn't come back on until 5pm. Not their fault, but a message or note to guests staying would have been courteous. Poor wifi, this was one of the biggest reasons we left early. It was poor & our data wasn't working we either. If you read the reviews you'll see that there's a lot of comments about the lack of cleanliness. The bathroom & toilet were filthy & mould has affected around the sink. The climb up the stairs to get inside. The receptionist was nice, however my communication was mainly with the Owner (I presume) who was responding to queries on zalo. The responses were delayed & then they stopped altogether.
