Haus an guter Lage, aber mit Abstrichen

- die Lage - umzäunter Garten (gut für Kinder) - Gartensitzplatz - Einrichtung Wohnzimmer - sehr gut ausgestattete Küche - Bettmatrazen sehr bequem - Interhomeservice war 1A - Waschküche - eigener Parkplatz

- Türe zur Küche geht nur mit Gewalt und mit Lärm auf, da Boden uneben. - selbes Problem bei der Badetüre, wenn auch etwas weniger ausgeprägt - Fenster generell in schlechtem Zustand, eines sogar mit gesprungenem Glas. Öffnen/schliessen oder in den Kippmodus zu stellen ist teils nur erschwert möglich. Fenster wären längstens reif, um ausgewechselt zu werden. - Viele Mängel beim Interieur: z B. Duschbrausen beim Verschluss nicht dicht (kaputter Dichtungsring?), bei einer Nachttischlampe fehlt die Kordel zum Anstellen, Zimmerschlüssel zum Wohnzimmer fällt auseinander, Tretteimer bei Dusche fehlt der Tretknopf - Wohnung wird bei heissen Tagen gegen Abend sehr heiss - Garten solala gepflegt - Vom Parkplatz wieder auf die Strasse rausfahren nicht ganz leicht
