What a lovely intro to Rio living in the wonderful house. Easy to walk to around and a grocery store 10 minutes stroll. The agent was excellent and answered any questions we had. Thank you so much to everyone.

A localização é espetacular! A casa é muito bonita e charmosa, por dentro e por fora, além de ser muito confortável. Tudo funciona bem. Aluguei a casa para receber parentes de fora do Rio, que ficaram muito bem instalados e felizes. Aproveitaram muito a estada e exploraram bastante as redondezas. O Danilson sempre se esforça para atender a todas as necessidades e suprir todas as demandas. A casa atendeu perfeitamente ao que esperávamos.

Das Haus ist hervorragend gelegen in einer der sichersten Gegenden von Rio. Es verfügt über 3 sehr grosse Zimmer mit je eigenem Bad im 1. Stock. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich eine Küche, ein Ess- und Wohnzimmer und ein weiteres Bad. Draussen bietet es eine kleine Terrasse zum Verweilen.

Die Garage ist für kleine Autos oder Motorräder geeignet. Mit grösseren Mietautos parkiert man am Besten an der Strasse.

We stayed in this beautiful old villa for 8 nights and had a great experience overall. The house is spacious, with three large bedrooms – each with its own bathroom – which made it super comfortable for our group. It was clean enough and had everything we needed. The only thing to note is that it can get a bit noisy with cars passing by, but we got used to it pretty quickly. The location is excellent – walking distance to both Copacabana and Sugarloaf Mountain. We also felt very safe staying here, partly because there are military bases in the area, which adds a sense of security. Communication with the host online was fast and straightforward. Once we arrived, Danilson, the host, was very friendly and quick to help with anything we needed. He only speaks Portuguese, but we had a Brazilian friend with us which made things easy – and honestly, Google Translate works just fine too. All in all, a great stay. Would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for something authentic, well-located, and comfortable in Rio!
