Good location, the village is quite nice, there are some warungs, coffee shops, rice fields around, the main road takes you in any direction you are taking. Plus there was a kitchen corner which for me was crucial as I have a couple of allergies that make it difficult to eat outside

I booked for 1 month, it was kind of “emergency” last minute booking. However 1.you will have your unit clean only once-at check in. Technically they send a cleaning lady twice a week but she is a total disaster. She has NEVER done any proper cleaning. She was just randomly removing towels and then if she was in the mood I guess she was replacing after some days may be one beach towel, or if you are lucky, one bath one, never proper towel change. Never replace toilet paper not to mention kitchen towel (which was not fresh from the beginning and had a mold growth on it, just disgusting) 2. The unit is mold infested. All outside walls are eaten by black mold. I have mold allergy, I slept the first night inside the bedroom (with air purifier) and woke up with angioedema so started sleeping in my hammock outside the front door. Didn’t help that much as there mold infested walls around. The bathroom sink was leaking and I mentioned it to owner (and my mold allergy too), they “kind of” fixed it after a couple of days but just kind of. The main leaking was fixed still a minor water droppings was continuing (as no one checked-the owner is now bossing around sending WhatsApp orders to his employees) so the mold continued growing on the walls and no one ever addressed the issue (just simple cleaning with backing soda, vinegar and soap could do a lot, you don’t need fancy cleaning solutions). 3. The air quality outside is very bad too, I have never had to breath in so much smoke in my life. In the evening when you seat outside there is always someone smoking next door or something is burning near by, you never have a pleasant nice air to breath. You wake up at 3 am from a smell of fried garlic (I love garlic but if I have to wake up I prefer to a smell of lang-ilang). 4. Some nights there will be a Karaoke night nightmare near by (starting from about 8 pm and till late night, about 1-2am) So place was so disgusting that I just paid another place for my last week and left.

Enjoyed my 2 week stay. There is a water dispenser that releases hot water and chilled cold water. Location was good close to villages and local stores. If you like to just chill and be surrounded by nature and away from the hussle and bussle then this new villa is the a perfect fit for your stay in Bali. Complex consist of 4 units all up 2 units have there own private pool which is a decent size. Villa is exactly how it is shown in the pictures.

There is no cooktop, no electric pan to make food, there is a microwave to heat food and the fridge is a good size. There is no Smart TV for those who like to chill and watch TV, so take a PC. There was construction going on as they are building another new Villa, which I didn't mind. Cleaner comes in twice a week.

Beautiful and relaxing stay with exceptional hospitality!

This is the perfect spot to stay. It has a kitchen, a pool and a beautiful room. The bathroom is semi-outside and beautiful. I think it's one of the best value for money villas in the area and much better than the guesthouses at similar prices. The host is lovely and the cleaning service goes above and beyond!

There wasn't anything really. The sliding door locks are hard to get used to but they eventually work with a bit of practice. I think you will find it difficult to say anything bad about the villa overall.
