We loved the location of this property and could even see the sea from some of the windows.
The kitchen was very well equipped including a dishwasher.
There's everything you need including a washing machine which we used as we had a full week there.
The beds and the sofa were very comfortable.
We loved how warm and cosy the rooms were especially as the weather in January was very cold outside even though it was sunny most days.
Gadlys hotel and restaurant is an easy 15 minute walk from the cottage was absolutely fantastic with the most delicious Sunday roast. Staff couldn't have been nicer and the views from there are incredibly beautiful.
On our last night we had fish and chips from the fish and chip shop a few doors up the street from the cottage and I mean it when I say, that they were the best fish and chips I have ever had! If we had had them earlier in the week we would have gone back another time or more!
The local shop which is across the street has a brilliant selection of fresh food and just about everything you need.
I bought 2 rump steaks there and they were very delicious!
You can easily buy most things there.
Can't say anything wrong about the cottage as everything was great! The only thing I can say is that The Stag pub was awful so after our visit on the first evening where the lady serving was most unfriendly, we didn't go back. In her words "They weren't doing food in the interim!" She seemed annoyed every time I tried to speak to her which wasn't many! We couldn't wait to drink our drinks (medium glass of wine and pint of lager £13) and leave!
