The property was very clean

Lovely house on 4 levels (lots of stair climbing)
Lack of mirror near a socket in the top bedroom (to do hair/make up)
Wifi was abit hit and miss
Parking was difficult but it is anywhere in Whitby

Location fantastic within a safe area and easy car parking as it’s free on the street and surrounding streets. Key safe and all communication with owner very good.
No specific property WiFi with a code which is a basic thing these days wherever you stay. Electrics dated as it took forever to charge anything up. Heating not great even when the thermostat was moved locations and set to 20 degrees as instructions stated. Visitor instructions booklet was all broken and had pen instructions even over printed instructions which isn’t a great look when you first arrive.

Clean well presented good quality furniture.fresh milk left in the fridge and a good assortment of tea coffee ect
The property is set on 4 floors the top bedroom has a very low sloped ceiling.we had to turn the bed around to be able to get into it, the kitchen is in the basement down more stairs! And smelt musty no frying pan or tin opener. We had to buy a quilt cover as the 2nd floor bed had velvety cover on! And the towels were dingy and rough 1 full bathroom in the loft and a large toilet on the 1st floor
