l'ampiezza dell'alloggio la vicinanza a bar ristorantini supermecato e bus
gli interruttori della luce erano da pulire con lo sgrassatore perchè erano piene di grasso che si incollava alle dita e non andava più via. soprattutto quello vicino il balcone del soggiorno. per il resto ok

Der Gastgeber (ein Servicedienstleister der verschiedene Wohungen betreut) war sehr engagiert und freundlich. Die Wohung selbst ist geschmakvoll und modern eingerichtet.
Es bestehen ERHEBLICHE Wartungsrückstände. Die Hälfte der Lampen funktioniert nicht. Besonders im zweiten Schlafzimmer ist das ein Problem. Die Nachttische liegen verkehrt rum nebem dem Bett und wurden nie montiert. Die Badewanne ist nicht an die Wand silikoniert, dadurch fließt auf jeden Fall Wasser in das Badzimmer, Duchvorhang gibt es nicht. Die Aufzählung ließe sich noch um einiges ergänzen.
