Good and safe place to stay for families. Staff are very supportive. Very kind. After i reach the place my wife was bit scared and she wanted to cancel the booking. As per booking policy, if I want to cancel also it will be chargeable. When I request from the staff to cancel, they agreed without any hesitation. They told it’s completely your wish sir and asked me to request for free cancellation. Then I convinced my wife and stayed there. I asked extra mattress and blanket for my kids, they immediately provided it.

When you see from outside, you will feel it is an unsafe place. Parking area and surroundings are not well maintained or clean.

it was really a good value for money ,yes it was about 10 min drive from the masjid al nabawi but it was worth the drive as the place was in a quite area and the place was really clean ,comfortable bedding and the great thing about it was the washing machines as u get your clothes cleaned . Othman was a great host very polite and such a helpful person .

i couldn’t fault it so i wish them all the best
