3 Mi to Franklin Park Zoo! Bright Residential Stay

We liked the area, the home is located in a residential area and a quick drive to local tram towards Boston. Deck is really nice and the AC in individual rooms was very useful. Also the property manager is easily accessible which is helpful. The place overall is clean and the kitchen in particular was great.

A few things: The bathroom is not located on the same floor as any of the bedrooms which was strange. The listing states it is a 2nd floor walk up but does not picture the stairs. The stairs are hard to walk up, especially in rainy weather. Both of these things made it difficult for older folks. The last big issue was the outlets. There are limited outlets but some of them were not working due to a power surge. The owner came in and reset the circuit breaker but this happened more than once.

Liked how beautiful the house was and everyone had somewhere to sleep.

There wasn’t dish soap or a plunger so we ended up having to buy it ourselves. Couch was really uncomfortable to sit on.

Only one AC upstairs. The bedrooms has no AC, it’s hot
