Location excellent and beside the beautiful promenade into the Old town. With elevator access and a supermarket next door this is almost the perfect Estepona location and reasonable at €120 per night for our 3 week stay. Communication with the management office was very good and they were always helpful even facilitating a 3 hour delay in checkout with charges exempted because of issue we had with underground carpark.

Having to verify identity via passport images was facilitated by Booking.com but while we were traveling we were again required to duplicate this with the office before we could be given the code for accessing our keys at their office about 600 metres from accommodation. There was also a €750 deposit demanded which is fairly steep but refundable if no breakages etc. The remote control for the gate to car park failed during our visit and this was probably a battery issue. We had to wait until another user accessed the park before we could exit risking damage to our rental car if gate came down prematurely! Be very careful driving and parking as the pillars are so close as to required a five point turn on two occasions when entering or exiting bay number 7!! Not helpful if you are nervous of scratching your rental car.! Very very tight parking indeed but hey, it’s free! Just be careful. Parking all over Estepona and the entire Costa del Sol is a total nightmare. We ended up walking everywhere especially after we received a €200 fine for parking on a paved area beside Playa Cristo. No “No parking” signage but this apparently doesn’t matter with the Spanish traffic control because while it is legally indefensible what tourist is going to return for such a court challenge?!
