The best thing about our stay was the view and the location, it’s exceptional, right in the center of Val Thorens, very friendly and knowleadgable ski shop next door, a Carrefour for grocery shopping too and very close to meeting point for ski schools, with ski lockers availabl, check-in process was also very smooth, which we appreciated

However, there were several issues that made the stay less comfortable than expected. Basic toiletries, including toilet paper and hand soap, were not provided, even though the listing stated that toilet paper would be included. Arriving late at night and not having these essentials was inconvenient. We were also surprised to find that bed sheets and towels were not provided, something that was not clearly mentioned in the listing. The sheets that were provided were not clean and in good state, which was disappointing given the price of the accommodation and what they charge for bed sheets and towels. Lastly, even though the communication with Nicolas was great, and he was very receptive to any feedback, the lady that has contact with guests directly was rude. The building is a young party building, so be aware it gets very noisy at night.
