La ubicación

La ducha está perfecta, pero donde está la taza (wc, poceta, o cómo se diga en cada pais) es muy angosto, lo que hace incómodo esa actividad jejejejeejej. La pieza sólo tiene una ventana que da hacia el pasillo de la casa.

Most of all, I was very grateful for the hospitality of the host Fabio. He is very engaged, arranged for a fairly late-checkin at around 11.30pm, made an effort to translate our Whatsapp communication into German, gave me recommendations for Medellín over a coffee in the morning, lent me his card for public transport for free - overall you can tell he really cares for this guests, much appreciated. Also I found the property, both the room itself and the communal space, immaculately clean. Besides, the location in the Manila neighbourhood of El Poblado is brilliant. Countless restaurants and cafés as well as the metro station are located in walking distance.

What made me eventually move to another place was the fact that there is only a window facing the hallway, i.e. no direct daylight exposure and fresh air which is quite important to me. For the 2 nights I stayed there, it was just fine. For my perception, the noise level of the surroundings were on the upper end, but I'm also a light sleeper. There was music of a nearby disco on the first night which happened to be a weekend day and a house party on the second night playing loud music underneath the accomodation which went on until the earning morning. But that just might have been bad luck.

Fabio est particulièrement à l'écoute, réactif, prêt à aider. L'appartement est très bien situé à 7 mn du métro, ce qui est très appréciable.

La chambre que j'occupais était bruyante du fait de la circulation. Salle de bain plutôt exiguë.
