Apartment was super clean and smelled nice. Very spacious and good location.

It will be nice to have extra pillows because the ones in the room were too thin for me. Also will he handy to have few bowls for food.

Buona posiziona per raggiungere il centro di Alghero a 10 min a piedi e attimo punto per visitare le varie spiagge. La struttura è identica alle foto. Consiglio vivamente.

La mancanza di un canovaccio in cucina, è un panno spugna per asciugare.

The location is good, the apartment is relatively new, there are parking spots right outside, but you can also walk to the city centre (15 min)

Unfortunately, there were some negative aspects. First of all the communication was really bad with the property management company, when we arrived the AC was not working, i let them know and they did not reply for several hours and it was really hot in the apartment. They finally solved the issue after almost 24 hours. Secondly, there was no ironing machine or board, although it says in amenities that it is provided. I texted them several times, they just kept the messages on ‘read’ and never replied. I followed up like 5 times, also on phone. After 3 days i bought myself an iron, they never provided or replied. Unfortunately, some plates and cups were dirty. The apartment is newly furnished, but quality is quite low. Also, we paid via transfer for the tourist tax and early check-in, but they somehow missed it, and asked us to pay again.. The worst point was the communication and lack of professionalism.
