Communication and checkin prior to arrival were very good.
FEES!!!! Parking $38 per night + taxes, Resort Fees of $40 per night + taxes, No coffee in condo, toilet flush hardly worked and had to hold flush down to flush, cockroaches (saw 2 large ones in the condo)!!!! Host had many instructions for checkin and checkout. While communication was there, they were not accommodating. No restaurant or bar with the property. There is a restaurant next to property but totally separate. But, the overall location on the beach is very good for those wanting easy beach access.
