A bright 77-square-meter apartment located on the first floor of a renovated building WITHOUT an elevator (access via stairs). The apartment is in a prime location, situated in the heart of the historic center and just 500 meters from the Port of Trapani, from which ships and hydrofoils depart for the Egadi Islands, Pantelleria, Tunisia, and Sardinia. The property is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), and all major amenities are nearby.

The space
The 77-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT an elevator (access via stairs).
The space is laid out as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with a sofa, split A/C, and access to a small balcony;
- OPEN-CONCEPT KITCHEN with gas stove, refrigerator, washer/dryer, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, dining table, 32-inch TV, and a small balcony;
- BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, dresser, and a small balcony;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;
- SMALL BALCONIES.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: heating and air conditioning via split-system units (ONLY in the living room), central fan, hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.
PLEASE NOTE: There is no Wi-Fi.
Guest access
The entire home is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.
Other details to note
7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the City of Trapani, which is €2.50 for up to 5 nights.
We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system is turned on and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Trapani Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.
For check-ins between 10:00 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:
EUR 30 from 10:00 PM to midnight
EUR 40 from midnight to 1:30 AM
Check-in is not possible after 1:30 AM, even with an additional fee.
