A spacious and cozy house. A large swimming pool. A big, relaxing hot tub. Fast and stable internet. A large TV with excellent sound. The living room is a great place to gather and spend time together.

The pool doesn't have a ladder, so it's worth being a little careful when getting in and out. The hot tub is elevated on bricks and doesn't have a step or ladder, which makes access a bit less convenient. There was some dust, a little dirt, and a few insects inside, probably because the door had been left open. It didn't bother us, but it's good to know in advance.

The house itself is very nice, cozy, and overall met our expectations. We especially liked the barbecue area, which had everything we needed. The house is surrounded by nature and located away from the city, which is exactly what we were looking for to have a quiet and relaxing stay.

Unfortunately, several issues significantly affected our stay. When we arrived, there was active construction of another house right next to the property. A construction crew was working there, and it was very noisy. They only left about 1.5–2 hours after our arrival. We specifically chose a remote place surrounded by nature because we wanted peace and quiet, so arriving to find an active construction site nearby was extremely disappointing. The Wi-Fi was also terrible and practically did not work at all during our stay. We had to use our mobile internet instead, but the mobile connection in this area was also very poor. There was also an unpleasant situation regarding late check-out. The host had told us in advance that a later check-out was possible. However, at 11:00 AM, a woman responsible for cleaning arrived and insisted that we leave. We then had to spend about an hour sorting out the situation before it was finally confirmed that we could stay longer without an additional charge, even though this had already been discussed with the host. Considering the price, all of this was particularly disappointing. We have previously stayed in houses that were cheaper, better located, and did not have these kinds of issues.
