Huigu Homestay Accommodation

I have been to Walvisbaai many times and this was my first time staying in that specific area in Walvisbaai. The service was professional, Ulrich contacted me once accommodation was approved and gave me the details of the receptionist. As I checked in she didn't have N$50 change so we settled the next day. I met Ulrich in the evening and we had a pleasant discussion mostly around religion and the location. What isn't available at my specific Guesthouse room, there was no shower plus if you come with a car unfortunately it will have to stay outside. Also, no fencing around the property, but chains and locks are present everywhere, including burglar bars. Overall I felt very secure there and the matrasses are indeed very nice to sleep on. Not run/worn down like so many places. Unfortunately one can hardly hear any of the Atlantic ocean from the location, but its therefor very quiet in general. In general I'd say its a good value for money, and Ulrich is also a very polite and gentle host. A very suitable living community Guesthouse with 3 rooms (i take?), and a very cosy interior environment with shared entertainment and lounge corner, beautifully suited for the local Namibians, which unfortunately many Hospitality owners don't or can't offer up anymore. I highly recommend Huigu Homestay Accommodation, especially after having my first stay there. Can't wait to go again!!!

Nothing really, I am very satisfied with the entire stay as a whole. So, I got no real negative feedback.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. The environment was peaceful, and the host was friendly and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Absolutely nothing, everything was excellent.

It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. My room and bathroom were large. I had a nice desk to work at. The kitchen was fully equipped. It's very well priced and the neighborhood seems friendly.

As a homestay, the room is inside a house, but i was able to lock my door and my privacy was respected. Parking in the yard is moderately secure, on sand, and the wood gate needs to be opened and closed manually.
