It was very friendly and comfortable and complementary. Minor suggestion to improve bathroom with hooks or towel rack, and toilet paper protected from shower.

The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, as was the bathroom. Soap, tissues, bottled water, and dental kits were provided, along with towels. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is quite new, so the furniture and furnishings were in very good condition. I was pleased to be given an extra bucket so as to wash my clothes, and a rack outside to dry them.

A large group of people were staying on my first night, and kept me awake by talking loud and long through the night, and began again at 4.30 in the morning. When I switched on the TV, I saw it had a Google set up, which had yet to be done. This is the responsibility of the hotel. The wi-fi was unreliable, and after a short power cut, which affected the router on my floor, it remained inaccessible for two days. Although I explained many times that the router needed to be reset, the manager refused to believe me, insisting that the fault was with my phone. It was only when I said I'd give a bad review, that he contacted a technician, who after climbing up a ladder, carried out the very simple reset. At times the manager was friendly, but at other times he was rude and unpleasant. When I arrived he told me that I had to supply a C form, or I wouldn't be allowed to stay. I explained that C forms are the responsibility of the hotel, and after inspecting my passport for quite some time, he checked me in. For two days workmen were plastering the outside wall of my room, so along with those sounds, there was also constant talking, making my accustomed afternoon relaxation impossible. The receptionist also had little knowledge of wi-fi, told me there was nothing he could do, and that I was causing him a problem.
