The hotel is not far from the center, between two tram stops. The staff and the amenities are excellent. My room looked on another building, but at last there was no noise of the traffic. The only problem was that I couldn't change the AC, there was a constant cold airflow in the room. All in all, I had a pleasant time in lovely Bilbao.

The overhead rain shower stopped working the 2nd day. And the outlet on the night stand next to the bed didn't work

Amazing breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff who are always willing to help. Room was great and high standard.
