Relax and unwind at this spacious 5-bedroom family home in Indented Heads, just a short walk from the beach. Perfect for families, it comfortably sleeps 9 guests with plenty of room to spread out. Enjoy a light filled dining area, two well equipped kitchens, upstairs living with balcony and a private outdoor area ideal for BBQs & dining. Whether you`re swimming, fishing, or exploring nearby attractions, this charming home offers the perfect coastal retreat for your next getaway.



This large family home is ideally positioned in the coastal hamlet of Indented Head, only a short walk away from Half Moon Bay and a short drive to the townships of St Leonards and Portarlington.



Downstairs features include:

- Enter the property into the light filled dining area with seating for 8 and split system heater/air conditioner

- Through to the kitchen/meals with further dining area for 4 plus gas stainless steel gas 5 burner cooktop, stainless steel oven, fridge (no freezer) and everything you might need for your stay including kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, and more...

- Down the hall there is a laundry with washing machine plus an adjoining toilet

- Central tiled bathroom with shower, bath and vanity

- Bedroom 1 has a double bed, ceiling fan and built in robe

- Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, ceiling fan and built in robe

- Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, ceiling fan and built in robe

- Bedroom 4 has a king bed, ceiling fan and built in robe

- Bedroom 5 has a single bed, perfect for kids

- Outside there are lawn areas and decking with outdoor dining to seat 8 plus large gas BBQ and lots of private spaces to sit back and relax.



Upstairs features include:

- Large living area with 2 x 2 seated couches, smart TV, split system heater/air conditioner plus L-shape balcony with some lovely views

- 2nd kitchen with fridge/freezer and dishwasher

- Bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity



This property also offers ducted heating downstairs, and ample free parking on the street. All linen & towels are provided.



You will have access to all of the property apart from one locked cupboard in the hallway for the cleaning supplies as well as the garage and shed.



Although we are not available in person we are available to answer any questions via the booking platform.



We provide a starter pack of essentials such as toilet paper, coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, body wash to get you settled however if your stay is longer or you run out then it will not be replenished during your stay.



This property is fully set up for guests and a lot of care has gone into the set up, we welcome you to the space but ask that you respect it and also keep noise to a minimum so you don`t disrupt the neighbours.



If you do not have previous reviews we may request the following information to be sent through prior to finalising your booking:

- The photo ID of the main booking holder

Please note: if this information is not provided we will be unable to proceed with your booking and the access will not be granted on the day of check in.



Our property is 100% smoke free zone. If you wish to smoke please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts correctly. Do not smoke near open doors or windows, to ensure the smoke doesn’t come into the property. If we need to deep clean the property due to a breach of these rules a $500 fee will be charged.



We do not accept `schoolies` groups at this property.



This property is not pet friendly and we ask that you leave your furry friends at home!
