Spanning 2,450 square feet, this retreat is newly furnished and designed for both comfort and style, accommodating up to nine guests with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Step inside from the garage to the main level, where the open-concept kitchen and dining area welcome you with contemporary style. A few steps down, the bright and airy living room boasts a wood-plank vaulted ceiling, plenty of natural light and mountain scenery.

You will find a large, plush sectional sofa, a leather chair, and a versatile four-seat table. The gas fireplace provides warmth and ambience while you enjoy your favorite show or movie on the 65” Smart TV. The large windows bath this comfortable space with natural light and serene mountain views or step out onto the private balcony offering fresh mountain air.
Family Room:
Just a few steps down from the living room is the family room that provides another inviting space. It features a deep-seat sectional sofa and a 75” Smart TV offering a 2nd cozy space for some indoor entertainment.
Kitchen:
The chef in the group will relish the fully equipped and modern kitchen, featuring stone countertops, a stylish island with bar seating for three, and stainless-steel appliances, including an electric range. The drip coffee maker will kick start your mornings for the upcoming adventures.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the wood dining table seats six, with additional seating available at the four-seat table in the living area.

We have been coming to Park City for the past 7 years, usually stay walking distance to Main street. This townhouse is not walking distance, but the location is very easy to get to/from and there is plenty of parking.We had 6 of us and there was plenty of room to spreadout and not feel cramped (except in the kitchen).The kitchen is small and there is nowhere to put food, all the cabinets (not very many) have something in them. There is also no BBQ so your only option for cooking is in the oven/stove.I would be aware, there is only enough hot water for 1 shower at a time or without waiting a little bit. With 6 of us, I don't think any of us didn't have a cold shower.Overall, a great location and roomy place to stay while in Park City.
