Perfect location for us! Host was very quick to respond. Check in was confusing. The lockbox was not the one shown in the picture, but host was quick to help when we called.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property in NYC. The host, Torya, and her co-hosts were communicative and easily reachable when we had issues/questions.Pros: Great location. Quiet. Cozy. Safe. Comfortable bed. Reliable wifi. Great roof view. Good shower water pressure.Cons: Confusing check-in process. Information could have been more detailed. Check-in instructions were incomplete/inaccurate (e.g., no indication of which lockbox was the correct one as there were multiple at the entrance; apt number and floor did not match description; instructions on how to use the heater were missing). Bathroom could have been cleaner as there were lots of stains on the door and walls. Roof area did not match the picture.
