About this house rental
The most stylish and unique home in Costa Rica's southern zone. This house has the best of both worlds, with stunning ocean views and access to swimming holes and epic waterfalls.
Toucans consistently fly through. Monkeys, sloths, and pizotes are common visitors, as well as bird varieties beyond count..
Nestled in the jungle canopy, you can feel the mana of the fresh mountain air and ocean breeze. Staying here will make you want to move to Costa Rica. Enjoy!
- 3 level home, 9000 sqft, on 10 acres
- Private river and swimming hole
- Private access to Catarata Uvita slide

- Super convenient 5 minutes from Uvita town and beach
Use the whole house, and eat whatever fruit you can find in the property. Housekeeping included 3 times a week. Access to Uvita waterfall free of cost because its on the border of the property.
4x4 not required but recommended. A sedan will make it but the quality of the road varies throughout the year. A basic small 4x4 or all wheel SUV is recommended so that you can enjoy all of Costa Rica and be safe. We are only 1km on dirt and its better than most of the mountain roads.

I'm so happy that we found this place. This will be a spot we always return to for our family visits to Costa Rica. It's perfectly located near some of the BEST BEACHES and SURF spots in the world! We had SO much fun. How many places have their very own Private Waterfall, fresh Fruit Trees, sky view swimming pool, and top notch security. I wish we could've stayed longer.Ben is an absolutely amazing host. He was always friendly, accommodating and quick to respond to our needs. We couldn't have asked for a better host.We'll be back soon!!!

This beautiful and unique home exceeded all of our expectations! The property is nestled in the jungle - full of wildlife - with ocean views, and edged on both sides by mountain streams - one of which has rock pools and a waterfall for swimming. All of the bedrooms have incredibly comfortable king-sized beds with private ensuites - so much space for everyone to retreat into their very own private oasis. My favourite design feature is all the gorgeous natural wood used throughout the house with carved panels surrounding the doorways. A truly epic experience and I hope we can return one day! Our stay at this stunning villa near Uvita was nothing short of magical. Nestled in the lush jungle, just a short walk from a breathtaking waterfall, this place offers the perfect mix of luxury and nature.The villa itself is beautifully designed, with spacious rooms, modern amenities, and open spaces that let you fully immerse yourself in the surrounding greenery. Waking up to the sounds of birds and the gentle flow of water was an unforgettable experience.The outdoor area is a dream—an infinity pool overlooking the forest, a comfortable lounge area, and a well-equipped kitchen for enjoying meals with a view. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay was perfect from start to finish.An absolute gem.
