Living room has large flatscreen, electric fireplace, comfortable seating and free WiFi and cable. Fully equipped, slab granite kitchen with stainless appliances, regular drip coffeemaker and flatscreen in kitchen. Kitchen bar seats 3. Additional 2 bistro tables with 2 seats each in the sunroom and upstairs landing. Full size washer and dryer in the unit for convenience. Entry has deck with table and seating for 2 and beautiful mountain views. Back patio has bistro table and seating for 2. Located in the Willowbrook area with lots of full-time neighbors. Please Note: Only 2 pets allowed. A $300 Pet Deposit is taken on Arrival and is refunded if no damage is found after check-out inspection.

Three issues that made the stay less than ideal. 1) Reached out to the property manager regarding getting an early check-in. They said someone would call me in the morning - no one called. 2) Interior is cleanish, obviously a rental, but exterior (deck and lawn) not taken care of. We needed to clean all the dirt off the table on the patio and the yard was littered with construction debris. 3) Angry neighbor banging on the wall. Realize, we're an older group and by any measure not loud at all. On a positive note, good location and worth the price.

Well appointed and furnished, great kitchen. Pet friendly and sauna were major plus. Proximity to the Eagles' Nest ski/snowshow trail was an unadvertised bonus.

The grass was knee high and I have a mini/teacup dog. Was half clean down stairs bathroom was not cleaned. No curtains where the sauna was open to front and easy viewed by any neighbors or walkers, and none over the sliding glass doors in the living room area. It was upgraded for the most part but not a deep clean a lot of dust. Bedding and upstairs bathroom was clean. Garage very narrow can only fit a smaller vehicle, no wider or taller trucks or cars, a lot of there things in there and dent in garage wall. Back porch dirty. Can be a very nice place but just needs a few other things fixed
