Great house and convenient location for beach shopping and walking. The kitchen was a little skimpy if you’re planning to cook but workable. We’ll likely book it again. Love to see a few more seats in the family room.

Reviewer Comments:
I normally don’t leave reviews, but felt the need to notify potential clients. We arrived with dirty floors. The dishwasher is not bolted and the top rack is completely broken. Only 6 lounge chairs for pool. One of which is broken and can’t use. The 1 janky umbrella was in the trash. I called to get the chair and umbrella replaced. They brought an umbrella 2 days later and never fixed the chair. There is only 1 couch for a 6 bedroom house for 16 potential tenants. 1 picnic table for kitchen table. There is plenty of room for extra seating for living room and dining. The coffee maker leaked and had a small basket for coffee grounds. Such an easy fix. The kitchen was very skimpy and needs updated pots and pans. On a positive note the bedrooms and baths were great with plenty of towels and toiletries. Beds are comfortable and the AC was fantastic. It is a great location.
