o Bedroom 3: Double bed, wardrobe, headboard, blackout curtains and ceiling fan.
• 2 Bathrooms: One modernized social bathroom and one private bathroom in the suite, both with porcelain tile flooring, hot water in the taps and hybrid shower (works with both gas and electricity).
• Living and dining room: Spacious and integrated, perfect for socializing.
• Kitchen: Planned and equipped to prepare your meals.
• Outdoor area: Patio with rudimentary barbecue. Parking for up to 3 cars.
