You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. Access to the home will be restricted if requirements are not completed.

Great location and a great house - fifth stay

The refrigerator/freezer Ice-maker does not work. I had to buy my own ice trays and make ice for three weeks. This was reported on the first day, but the owner apparently did not want to repair it.

The saltwater pool and lanai area were wonderful.
Master bathroom shower had a little low pressure.

We love the location and amenities offered at Paradise Palm. It is a lovely neighborhood in a convienent location. The staff at 123Cape again provided excellent service during our stay. See you next year!
As I mentioned n my recent conversation with Tadie - the Lanai needs some attention. Specifically the floor as you cannot even clean the spots off of it. It is the source of all the 4 ratings. Otherwise they would all be 5's. So much time is spent enjoying that beautiful spot - it is really a focal point of the property - that any and all updates would add much to the overall experience. Tadie said she would address our comments to the owner. Thanks again Tadie you are the best! (and see you next year)
