The apartment uses a self-check-in system. Keys are located at the apartment address. Instructions will be shared after registration.
Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability.
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the apartment.
Pets are allowed only with prior consultation.
No parties allowed. Please be mindful of neighbors.
Quiet hours must be observed between 22:00 and 08:00, as per Czech regulations.
Communication is handled via the platform you used for booking.
Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition upon check-out.
Follow all trash disposal and appliance use instructions provided.
Take care of the keys. In case of loss, contact the emergency number. Guests are responsible for any key-related issues.
1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law).
2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.
3) A deposit of 200 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest`s departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank`s processing times and policies.
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located at the apartment address. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.

8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.

On the good side, the location is great, in a very nice neighborhood and convenient to Charles Bridge and other major sites. The apartment has essentials, so no problem there. However the furnishings are old and funky. Worse for us was check in. We received the wrong key, and the service initially didn’t believe us, but eventually brought the correct key. 4-5 hours to get in, with jet lag on top.
