With cozy decor and just 400 meters from the beach, this wonderful house has 3/4 (1 suite) air-conditioned and with a beautiful view of the leisure area. The living room is large and airy and the kitchen has all the essential items for your stay. In addition, it brings with it an incredible gourmet area with swimming pool and outdoor furniture!
Located in Condomínio Enseada da Praia da Espera, right on the sand, with 24-hour security, it is a great option for you, family and friends to relax.
We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**Consumption of water and electricity is charged according to consumption at the end of the stay;
***A deposit of R$1,500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.
*****This property is under consultation, to confirm the reservation, the owner's approval will be required for the values proposed on our website.
****** At check-in and check-out, readings are taken from the energy and water meters to calculate consumption and subsequent billing. For energy consumption calculation, a rate of R$ 1.10 per kilowatt used is applied. Water consumption is estimated based on Embasa's summer tariff table. *******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.

Suite: 1 double bed, 2 single mattresses, balcony, air conditioning, curtain and closet.
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 2 single mattresses, air conditioning, curtain and 1 bedside table.
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, air conditioning and curtain.
