Numerous restaurants and cafés are within walking distance, ideal for cozy dinners or relaxing coffee breaks. Shopping options are also just a few minutes away, so you can quickly pick up everything you need for daily life. The local train is also easily accessible and makes it convenient to get here and get around the area.
“Ostseemuschel” Vacation Rental with 2 Terraces:
The comfortable, approximately 55 m² non-smoking apartment 01 “Ostseemuschel,” featuring two furnished terraces, is suitable for up to 2 to 4 people. Through a spacious entrance hall, you enter at ground level via a hallway equipped with a coat rack and a wardrobe into the bright and open living/dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows. The living area features a corner sofa (which converts into a bed for a 3rd or 4th person, 1.40 m x 1.80 m) along with an armchair, a reading lamp, a sideboard, a smart TV, vacation reading material, board games, and a DAB radio. The amenities are rounded out by Wi-Fi access. The adjacent kitchenette features a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a hand blender, a Tassimo machine, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. A dining table fits into the living/dining area. Both covered and furnished terraces (SW/SE) are accessible from the living area. Here you can enjoy your meals in peace and take in the expansive view over Lake Sellin while sipping a glass of wine. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed at a comfortable height (1.80 m x 2.00 m with an additional topper), adjustable slatted frames, nightstands, a flat-screen TV, insect screens, and a wardrobe. The spacious and modern bathroom, which features natural light, is equipped with a shower, a bathtub, a sink, a toilet, a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, an insect screen, and a heated towel rack. Cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner are also available for your use. Pets are not allowed.
