About this house rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 40 m² house for rent in Dolus-d'Oléron, about 400 m from Remigeasse beach, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. It comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 20 m² garden. We're waiting for you!
The apartment is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- 20 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with shower and WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (140×190)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan.
Exterior:
- A beautiful 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The house is ideally located in Dolus-d'Oléron, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (1 vehicle) or in the public parking lot near the house.
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Free shuttles to get around the island
- Nearest train station: Rochefort, approx. 45 km away
- Nearest airport: Bordeaux, approx. 185 km
A car is required to fully enjoy the region.
Other remarks :
- The children's bedroom has a sloping ceiling and the other bedrooms have fairly low ceilings.
- Free WiFi available (fibre optic)
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
- Pets welcome free of charge, on the first floor only. Only one pet per stay.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
