The main living level features an open-concept layout with a fully equipped chef's kitchen, spacious dining area, and comfortable living room designed for gathering with family and friends. Guests will also enjoy a convenient laundry room with a utility sink and a half bathroom on this level.
The lower level offers an additional living space, gaming area with Foosball table, and direct access to the pool area, creating the perfect setup for entertaining and multi-generational groups. On the upper level, guests will find another comfortable living area complete with a wet bar, mini refrigerator, game table, reading nook, and balcony access showcasing beautiful Gulf views.

Such a beautiful home! We were all so impressed by the home and all the amenities. When we had an issue with a drain, they came right out to fix it. When we had questions about pool lights and what we thought was supposed to be a hot tub, they came right away. We were disappointed that it wasn’t a hot tub but our family had a great time in the pool regardless. Thank you for letting us enjoy this home away from home. It was a much needed vacation. I’ll also love to know the brand of mattresses. We actually slept better there than at home:)

Nicely appointed house with lots of seating and gathering options. The views from the third level were our favorite. The hot tub was not working, but they notified us in advance of this and negotiated with us on heating the pool. So that was very nice. Just steps to the boardwalk to the beach. The area was fun and relaxing.

Our family came together at Kiva Dunes to celebrate a 50th Birthday. The home is incredibly spacious and offers everything needed for larger groups of people. The location is great with quick access to the beach, two golf courses within a 15 minute drive and good options for eating out.
