312 Chicago North features two bedrooms and one full bathroom, all conveniently located on the main floor. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed and TV—perfect for winding down at the end of the day. The second bedroom offers a full bed, TV, and sliding doors that lead out to a beautiful patio.
Upstairs, you'll find an open loft with a queen bed, along with a separate TV space that's ideal for relaxing or hanging out.

The kitchen is fully equipped and designed for both convenience and comfort, offering plenty of counter space, updated appliances, and all the essentials you need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner.
