Very good location in terms of public transport options. Close to many restaurants but quiet at the same time. Would be perfect if room is a tad larger. Good value for money.

It is located in a traditional old-timers neighborhood—but the hotel facilities are very clean and in-room equipments such as laundry machine and microwave are well thought out for the perpetual travelers like us!
And, nice and kind night and morning managers!

Enjoy my stay. Just wish I wasn’t woken up at odd hours of the nights from some of the guest staying there making noise.

We didn't use the kitchen. But our room had a refrigerator, a microwave and a washer/dryer combo. Most hotels don't have a washer/dryer combo, that alone is a compelling reason for us to choose Beyond Residence. Plus there is so much cheap/good street food just outside of the hotel that there was no reason to cook at the room/hotel.
In relation, we wished the washer was bigger as we had more clothes to wash but that is not the fault of the hotel.
