Villa Costa, recent in a private residence, consisting of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 8pers.
Large swimming pool with summer kitchen, private parking.
Its geographical location is ideal for discovering southern Corsica.
In the town of Lecci, located 10 minutes from Porto-Vecchio (center) and 5 minutes from the most beautiful beaches (Cala Rossa, Saint Cyprien, Pinarello, Santa Giulia...).
The villa consists of four bedrooms for a total of 8 beds:
1 master bedroom with a 160x200 bed with bathroom with whirlpool bath and private toilet. Large closet.
3 bedrooms each with a 140x200 bed and its own walk-in shower room and toilet. With storage space (built-in cupboards).
Possibility to add a baby cot (on request).
All rooms are air-conditioned.
The kitchen is fully equipped and open to a living room with its dining area and TV area. The house also has a pantry with a second fridge, a washing machine.
Shops nearby (2 min walk):
Supermarket, bakery, restaurant, butcher, tobacconist, grocery, cinema, bowling, market ect...
Other remarks:
For the well-being of all, we ask you to respect the neighborhood in the evening after midnight
Charging cars during your stay is not included in the initial rate.
The concierge package (check-in/check-out and check-out cleaning (estimated at 6 hours)) is mandatory. Additional hours will be charged to tenants in case of non-compliance with the rules of cleanliness. This fee is to be paid directly on site with our service provider: 200€.
Check-in is from 16:00 to 18:00 and check-out is by 11:00.
