- Charming living room with sofa bed (1x2 persons, 160x200) and television;
- Private terrace + garden;
- Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher and kitchen utensils);
- Bedroom 1: bunk beds 3 sleeping spaces (1x1 pers 90x190 + 1x2 pers 140x190)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (1x2 pers 160x190)
- One shower room and separate toilets;
- The accommodation has a vacuum cleaner, a dryer and air conditioning upstairs;
- The accommodation is equipped with blankets and pillows;
- Private and free outdoor parking. (Number 78)
The La Dune residence is ideally located:
- 450 metres from sandy beaches;
- 600 metres from shops and restaurants;
- 2.3 km from the Casino supermarket;
