Residents have free use of the well-equipped kitchen, refrigerator and storage for food, as well as washer & dryer. Somehow, we all managed to share the one full bathroom and the one half-bathroom adequately. The air-conditioning always ran and kept us cool. The house is a short 10 minute walk to the nearest supermarkets and shops, and a mere 5 minute walk to a very nice public park & community center. Buses run regularly along the main road just outside. You can also shoot the breeze outside in the backyard and even barbecue.
Not much management can do about residents who have trouble sleeping at night and make too much noise, awakening others. Management is firm about not extending the stay of those who violate rules. So, there wasn't anything about management or facilities that could be faulted.
