Fantastic Four Bed Family Home

Location was fantastic, just half an hour's drive from Carcassone Airport. Just up the hill from a lovely little village where we wandered down for croissants every day. A lovely big house with plenty of space for two families - not modern but full of rustic French charm. The pool was fantastic for us and the kids in the hot May sun. We barbecued on the balcony, the little ones played football and basketball on the village courts just twenty seconds' walk from the house. Tim was a fantastic host and gave us great recommendations for things to do nearby. A lively nighttime food market round the corner in Brousses, a sensational lunch in Pennautier, swimming in the gorgeous Lac de Montagnès. Was absolutely everything we wanted in a half-term break and real value for money.

The house itself had everything we needed but wasn't especially modern if that's what you're looking for. The design of the house means you have to go out the front door and down the side of the house to get to the pool, so it's a bit of a schlep if you've forgotten something upstairs, but really that's nitpicking.

Cette est maison est magnifique, nous avons passé un week-end merveilleux au calme et au bon air de la montagne noire. La literie est incroyable et nous avons très bien dormi. Les activités billard, piano, piscine, tennis... sont top. Le cadre extérieur est sublime. Un grand merci nous avons bien décompressé!

Nous avons tout apprécié, il n'y a rien à redire sur la qualité de l'accueil, sur la propreté de la maison
