Beautiful and comfy little studio, perfect for couples or singles. Nice welcoming atmosphere and perfect location close to eveything the old town of Nice. Easy check-in and -out, great communication with owner and concierge service.
Everything fine!

The apartment is in an excellent location. It is close to Vielle Nice, the port area and also the public transport system. The facilities were all that we needed for a short stay. We particularly appreciated the air conditioning and the washing machine. There were lots of cafes close by and a supermarket 200 m away.
The studio was small although we were expecting that in central Nice. Although it was located on the first floor , the stairs were not too steep to negotiate with suitcases. One side of the bed was up against a wall which made getting in and out a little difficult.

The little apartment was very close to the main airport tram line L2 and easy walking distance to all the local amenities and the port , excellent restaurants and bars and close to the old town of Nice perfect spot
The apartment had everything we would need , would have preferred 2 tub chairs instead of bean bags to sit in as not easy to get on and off when you are older

The location was excellent. Situated in a nice and and quiet area which lots of nice little restaurants near by. Very close to all the attractions! The facilities provided was excellent too - utensils, pots, pans and cooker if you want to cook your own food. Also air con was installed which was well needed :)
The cleanliness of the apartment was average. I did find a silverfish on the bed and quickly removed it, and a couple of small flies (I didn’t open the window) and there were a few places that were dusty or not cleaned.
