Nice quiet location, with very cheap Uber drives (always fast availability) to and from Gateway or Surrey Central, with a relaxing 30 minute expo line ride into Vancouver. Nice shopping Mall in nearby Surrey Central

The electrical arrangements with the hot plate and air fryer were tricky, they could not be plugged in together so we had to move the microwave and use an extension cord, and that all worked fine.
