Sink had some old food in it and a plug socket in the double bed bedroom was broken

Great location - near to family; Good bus link to central Cambridge.
Occasional luxury - blu tooth music in bathroom!
Poor state of repair and cleanliness.

Good location, private entrance, excellent communication from owner, good shower
It smelt of smoke, kitchen area had oil splatters on light switch and tiles. Open wires in wall.
