Die kleine Suite ist sehr sauber und es fehlte uns an nichts. Von der gemeinschaftlichen Dachterrasse hatte man einen tollen Blick auf den Ocean Dr. Der Vermieter war sehr um unser Wohl bemüht. Es gab eine gute Kommunikation.
Das Zimmer befindet sich direkt neben dem schon sehr alten Aufzugsmaschinenraum. Dadurch war es im Zimmer bei jeder Benutzung etwas laut. Das Treppenhaus könnte mal eine Reinigung bzw. einen neuen Anstrich vertragen. Leider hatten wir direkt vor unserer Tür und unter unserem Fenster nächtliche, ungebetene Schlafgäste (Obdachlose) auf den dort befindlichen Sonnenliegen. So kam es zu einem morgendlichen Polizeieinsatz direkt vor unserer Tür. Dieses Problem war dem Vermieter bekannt. Er entschuldigte sich und meinte, er arbeite bereits an diesem Problem.

Everything was amazing really. The host was very responsive and extremely accommodating. The location is dead center of all the fun. The apartment is right above a prime restaurant in South Beach that is quite affordable and DELICIOUS. This property is probably the best you'll get for the value!
At night it can get pretty loud (Miami baby!) but the room is extremely comfortable enough to get a good night's rest.

Location was great and enjoyed the balcony located just outside the room. Host was very responsive and helpful. Property was very clean and exactly as described.
The balcony was a public space and sometimes there was noise from the other guests on the balcony.
