The Lush - Luxury Villa

Ok, I travel way too often and have stayed at great properties, but THIS ONE was really amazing! The HOST is the kindest, sweetest guy. And so is his family. The breakfast, the comfort, the fact that there is a great pool, pure bliss, surprise peacock visits, surrounded by trees. Such peace and tranquilty! I got fresh coconuts from the tree on the premises. The bathrooms are beautiful with their open roof design and splash tubs. The rooms are cozy and beautiful. Even if you dont visit things around, you can just stay in and enjoy a nice stroll in the garden. Best for writing retreats. The host was readily available, very accomodating, and takes care of all the requirements. They made this very delicious juice blend for me with local citrus- it was soo good! Loved every bit of my stay and I am definitely coming back! If you are looking for a staycation, accessible place, yet away from the general busy-ness of Galle, this is the BEST stay. So well kept, so green. Even in harsh summers, the tempertaure of the property is lower than outside because of the dense green cover. Very safe for women who travel alone. TOP NOTCH!

Очень приятный, чистый, уютный дом. Удобное, уединённое расположение, 15 мин на тук туке до ближайшего пляжа, не слышно машины и улицу. Потрясающий сад, территория. Чистый бассейн. Приветливые, заботливые хозяева, помогают, решают все вопросы, безумно вкусные завтраки.

We have stayed in a true little paradise. The moment we arrived at the beautiful Lush villa we felt so relaxed and welcome, not in the least because Haresh and his family are absolutely lovely. Their care is warm and heartfelt, the breakfast they prepare each morning is delicious and abundant. Everything is spotlessly clean and the beds (important to us) are very comfortable. To sit outside and hear many different birds, even sometimes see the monkeys go from tree tot tree is so special. We loved the swimming pool, which is again very clean and well taken care of. And last but not least the villa is very private and we felt completely safe there. All in all we cannot praise this place enough and hope to come back one day, thank you again Haresh & family!
