The apartment is located in a recently built block, so everything is new and shiny. The washing and drying machines made our stay as convenient as possible. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we even found coffee, spices, and cooking oil. The internet is very fast (around 500 Mbps). Everything is clean, flat smart TV is big, a lot of space in shelf to put your stuff into, motorized blinds outside. Light bulb in the bedroom part can be dimmed. There aren’t many neighbors around yet — the place is still mostly uninhabited, so it’s very quiet. There’s a garden outside the window that completely belongs to the apartment, separated from other apartments’ gardens by a fence. There’s a really cheap nearby restaurant (Reštaurácia Mlsná lienka) that offers tasty Slovak food. If you’re here by car, you might enjoy a trip to the nearest nature reserve (Prírodná rezervácia Vysoká). It gave us some wonderfully fresh autumn air!

There’s only one table in the apartment, so I wasn’t able to find a convenient place to work with my laptops. During the week when I arrived, there was a very strong wind that blew two chairs off the garden and brought in some garbage from a nearby construction site. Yes, there are a few buildings around that are still under construction, but I can’t say they caused me any inconvenience. You can’t use the wood grill in the garden — there’s literally a piece of cardboard inside saying “Do not use.” If you’re coming from Bratislava these days, be aware that the road between Modra and Kráľová is closed (so I had to find a way around). However, the staff warned me about it in advance. The forest is full of deer, which also means there are some ticks around — I even got one, so stay sharp!
