Re-locators & Contractors in BS4, 4 Bedroom House, 7 Guests, Off-Street Van & Car Parking

The inside of the house was very clean and all the rooms had towels presented very well. The kitchen had everything we needed. The rooms were tidy and the master bed was very comfortable.

The main issue was that the heating wouldn't turn on. The property manager was very responsive and tried his best to solve the issue over the phone, but we were disappointed that he couldn't answer the question of "how do we turn the heating on". In the end I figured it out, but the faf and back and forth took 2 cold hours of our day. There were other smalls things. The wifi didnt have good signal in the living room due to the router placement (I suggest a signal booster), the front was quite dirty and with rubbish, the road was full of cars on both sides making it very hard to accommodate incoming traffic, and the the neighbours had loud kids playing until 12am. Nothing that the manager can do about the last two, but just writing for the benefit of readers.
